JULY 15 – 18 2019 HIGH SCHOOL TEAM CAMP


Goal and Objectives of the High School Team Camp
Our High School Team Camp is designed to give your team a head-start on your season. We will offer your team 5 practice sessions, 4 opportunities to play in tournament style games, and time to bond together as a team, all in a professional, safe, and first class environment. Your team will have the ability to begin your season together, in an organized way.

We guarantee that our team camps will:
•   Give your team a “jump start” to your fall season
•   Help your team develop Team Unity
•   Help your team develop Team Leadership
•   Expose your players to college coaches and practices
•   Give your team a summer experience they will remember forever

Registration
Registration will be held on the campus of The University of Dayton.
The residential camper registration fee includes 5 training sessions over the course of 4 days, 2 presentations including team building activities and exercises to help with team chemistry, 4 opportunities to play games in a tournament style, A Flyers Soccer Academy T-Shirt, and room & all meals.

*Commuter camper fee does not include room and all meals – it will include 5 training sessions over the course of 4 days, 2 presentations including team building activities and exercises to help with team chemistry, 4 opportunities to play games in a tournament style, A Flyers Soccer Academy T-Shirt, and lunch & dinner.

WHAT TO BRING IF YOU ARE A RESIDENTIAL CAMPER:
Key Deposit Check for $50, Medical Forms, Shin guards, soccer shoes and running/indoor shoes, GK Gloves if you are a goalkeeper, 8 pairs of socks, 6 pairs of shorts, 8 t-shirts, towels & toiletries, extra blanket, water bottle, carrying bag, spending money for pizza and camp store, Sunblock

WHAT TO BRING IF YOU ARE A COMMUTER CAMPER:
Medical Forms, Shin guards, soccer shoes and running/indoor shoes, GK Gloves if you are a goalkeeper, water bottle, carrying bag, spending money, sunblock

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Linens in the dorms, Gatorade, Meals, Flyers Soccer Academy Shirt, Water, an Athletic Trainer on site at all times

FAQ’s

    What will campers be working on during camp?
    Curriculum: Goalkeepers - Footwork/ Mobility - Angle Play - Catching and Handling – Crosses – Distribution - Breakaway saves - Decision Making/ Organization - Reading the Game
    Curriculum: Team – we can offer two different options: 1) we will work with coaches on designing a specific curriculum for your team, or 2) we will design and implement a program based on your team needs/strengths/weaknesses
    Is my roommate request guaranteed?
    We are unable to guarantee roommate requests but will do our best to get you in a room with your friend.
    Can parents and coaches come watch?
    We encourage coaches to attend all training sessions and games. Parents may attend all evening tournaments/games during camp.
